Please inform the Human Resources Department immediately of any changes that affect you personally (e.g. change of marital status, change of address, bank details, birth of a child, etc.).
You are welcome to use the forms provided by the LBV for this purpose for changes of address and bank details. The form provided by the LBV for changes of address and bank details can be found here.
Please complete the form and send it to the Personnel Department - Section 4.2.
