Organisational information on internal training and further education
When is there a business interest?
The events in this programme are predominantly of business interest, provided that the participants correspond to the respective target group. The time spent attending the event counts as working time.
If interested employees do not correspond to the target group, participation should nevertheless be made possible, provided that urgent business interests do not prevent participation. In this case, the time spent attending the event does not count as working time. As a rule, it must be made up for; in individual cases, time off work may be granted.
How do I register and when am I admitted?
Enrolment takes place online using the enrolment form for the respective course.
Registration should take place as early as possible, at the latest by the registration deadline (usually 2 weeks in advance, depending on the course).
Employees who meet the requirements of the target group will beadmitted to the courses. Other employees interested in the topic will then be admitted, subject to availability. If there are more registrations than places available, participants will be selected in chronological order of receipt of registration.
All employees who have registered in good time will be informed of their admission or non-admission after the registration deadline. Short-term registrations are also possible after the registration deadline, depending on the availability of places.
Registration is binding and can only be cancelled for unforeseeable compelling reasons. In this case, Department 4.5 must be informed in good time.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
A digital certificate of attendance is created for participation in the events of this programme and sent to all participants by email. However, this is not automatically added to the personnel files.
A certificate can only be issued if the participant has attended the course for at least 80% of the time, as only then can it be assumed that sufficient knowledge has been acquired.
For data protection reasons, personal data cannot be retained and certificates of attendance can only be requested up to a maximum of 3 months after the course date.
Participation in a further education and training event does not constitute a legal entitlement to direct professional benefits. The additional professional qualifications acquired through participation in the events should be taken into account in decisions on filling positions and in decisions on promotions and upgrading.
