The keys can be collected by the guest on presentation of their identity card on the first day of the month of moving in from 13:00, either from the Service Centre or from the porter (security guard) in the foyer of the main building, depending on opening hours. After that, the keys are available around the clock (24/7) and can also be collected at night. Please refer to the reservation confirmation for information on key issue.
Please contact the Centre for Information and Media Technology Services (ZIM) if you have any problems with the guesthouse WLAN.
